Shipping Policy: Customers cannot cancel an order, as we begin processing
immediately. (Refer to Return Policy) We will not ship to an alternate "ship to" address that is not listed with your credit card company, unless you first call the customer service phone number that is on the back of your credit card and have the credit card company list your "ship to" address in their "comments" or "notes" section of your credit card account. This is for your protection, and insures that only the credit card holder can add this information to their account. This will prevent someone else from using your credit card to ship to an alternate address. This also decreases the risk of fraud and helps us maintain our low pricing. We ship anywhere within the continental United States. At this time we are unable to ship to FPO, APO, Guam Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. All orders to Alaska or Hawaii must go Next Day Air. All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are not responsible for illustrational and typographical errors.
Shipping Time: Shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Shipping
time refers strictly to the time it takes the carrier to deliver the package to its destination. We only ship "Next Day Air" and that does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order on line. You must take into consideration the availability of the product plus the time it takes to process your order. For Example: If you place an order for an item that we determine to be "available", and we ship next day air, the total delivery time is as follows: 1-2 days to process your order + 1 day for delivery = 3 business days. Also Note: The shipment time also depends on stock availability, that is why we recommend immediate purchases. When the order is placed, your item may require 1-2 business days to retrieve from our distributor's warehouse, which will increase the delivery time by an additional 24 -48 hours. Sometimes the item is currently unavailable. In the event this happens, we will do our best to complete the order ASAP, as well as inform you of the status of the order. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped out immediately.
Forwarding addresses: Feel 'n Fly is not responsible for any merchandise that
is forwarded or rerouted to an address different than the one specified on the original order. We only ship within the U.S., not internationally.
Identity Theft: Feel 'n Fly guarantees that every transaction you make at
www.feelnfly.com will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with us. Errors & Omissions: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due
to an error, Feel 'n Fly reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Feel 'n Fly shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Feel 'n Fly shall issue a credit refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price and the product order will be cancelled. |
