Lingerie, Leather and Shoes: If you wear it
for more than an hour, it's yours. The health dept. does not allow us to accept any returns once you have soiled the item. In fact, we have to do biological tests on all returns to determine if we can issue an exchange.
Damage/Fit Exchanges must be mailed back to
us within 7 days, however, you must send an email to request a return number first. Be sure to note the return number in the original non- damaged packaging that you use to return the item. Because exchanges involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order, you will see two transactions on your credit or debit card statement. First, you will see a credit for the return of your original purchase and then you will see a charge for your new purchase. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement.
Airbrush Tatoos: After purchase, you have a
30 day trial period. All of the equipment has a one year warranty and is in stock and ready for shipment. Orders are verified instantly through PayPal and shipped UPS ground within 48 hours. |
